Professional Convection Oven AT90-MDI

This Professional Convection Oven AT90-MDI from the Bartscher brand features the latest innovations in professional ovens.

Equipped with two regulators with digital display, it allows for better control of temperature and cooking time. Thus, you can precisely adjust the temperature and cooking time for a perfect result. Its thermostat ranges from 50°C to 300°C with a precision of 1°C, while the timer allows for a duration of 0 to 120 minutes.

Furthermore, it has two motors that ensure very good air circulation in the cooking chamber for maximum performance. Its preheating time is reduced as it reaches 150°C in just about 8 minutes. Compact and powerful, it has a power of 2700 W.

With its 4 levels of grids 438 x 315 mm, you can cook different preparations without mixing flavors. Each grid is spaced 70 mm apart. This professional oven allows for even cooking with its fan system that evenly distributes hot air.

Moreover, it has a very complete equipment: interior lighting, LED display, timer, heating control light indicator, On/Off switch, and 4 grids 438 x 315 mm.

This oven has an interior and exterior structure in stainless steel that combines resistance, hygiene, and durability. Additionally, it has an enamelled rounded cooking chamber with a double-glazed door. Its support rails are removable.
