This Robot Coupe Kitchen Cutter R 7 has a chopping capacity of 2.7 kg and can emulsify up to 3.8 kg of preparation. In terms of kneading, it will allow you to knead 60% hydrated leavened dough up to 2.7 kg. Finally, its power will allow the grinding of your preparations up to 1.7 kg. This professional table cutter is suitable for establishments serving 20 to 100 covers per service.

From a technical point of view, its motor with a power of 1500 Watts at 2 speeds allows blade rotation at 1500 and 3000 revolutions/minute, thus adapting to your needs. Moreover, this asynchronous motor is designed to ensure maximum longevity of this professional Robot Coupe kitchen cutter.
