This Kitchen Line Planetary Mixer is perfectly suited for heavy-duty use. Ideal for catering professionals, it has a 10 L capacity bowl. Additionally, it can mix up to 2.5 Kg of flour. With dimensions of L 400 x D 480 x H 630 mm, it features a high-quality cast steel structure, an injection-molded cover, and a safety cover designed in chromed wire.

Sturdy and durable, this appliance comes with 3 speeds: 148, 244, and 480 rotations per minute. Moreover, it has a very user-friendly mechanical control panel. It also includes a handle for lifting the bowl into place.

Furthermore, this mixer can be used safely, thanks in part to its safety switches and overload protection. The safety switches allow for controlling the height and presence of the bowl.

Sold with a bowl, a beater, a whisk, and a stainless steel spiral.
