Description

Cut ribs, carcasses, tough meats, and frozen fish into neat and regular portions, service after service. This Dynasteel floor-standing bone saw is intended for butcheries, fishmongers, cutting workshops, and community kitchens that require a constant pace.

Power adapted for frozen products: the 2200 W motor with 380 V three-phase power drives a 2400 mm blade capable of cutting through bones, dense meats, and frozen blocks without effort. You maintain a steady cutting pace even on the toughest products.

Large passage capacity: with a cutting height of 355 mm and a throat of 300 mm, the machine accepts large pieces — quarters, shanks, large whole fish — without pre-cutting, reducing handling and preparation time.

Hygiene and stainless steel durability: the structure is made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and intensive daily cleaning. The front door and upper cover open to access the blade and wheels, facilitating complete cleaning and blade replacement.

Complete workstation: the stainless steel cutting table is extended by a foldable side shelf to support large pieces, while a lower front drawer collects bones and scraps for a continuously clean workstation. The cutting guide on the table ensures slices of regular thickness.

Stability and safety of use: its 141 kg and adjustable feet ensure stable seating during the cutting of heavy pieces. The holding pusher protects the operator's hand, and the floor space of 801 x 743 mm for 1732 mm in height fits into a standard cutting laboratory.
