This 10 L capacity Chocolate Dispenser is ideal for hospitality professionals and cafes. The bain-marie heating prevents the chocolate from burning. The bottom of the pot is made of stainless steel and the walls are made of polycarbonate.

It features a drip tray with level indicator to prevent overflow. Overheat protection. The chocolate is mixed continuously in an automated manner, giving a homogeneous consistency to your hot chocolates.

Equipped with a “anti-drip” tap, its temperature range varies from + 65 °C to + 85 °C. Supports an ambient temperature ranging from + 10 °C to + 32 °C.
