Round Orange Gratin Dish - 400ml

Ideal for catering professionals, this Round Orange Gratin Dish has a capacity of 400 ml and a height of 30 mm. It is made of cast iron and is compatible with all burners. It can also be used for presentation. Cast iron has even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. It is not recommended to use it in the dishwasher.

Attention: to prevent rust, seasoning is essential (oil the product with a brush and bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 200°C).
