The Chrome Smooth Gas Griddle to Place - 700 - 13000 W from the brand CombiSteel is a high-quality kitchen equipment specially designed for professionals. This griddle has a power of 13000 W, allowing it to reach a maximum temperature of 300°C and a minimum temperature of 50°C.

The advantages of this chrome smooth gas griddle are numerous:

  • Heating zone: With its 2 heating zones, this griddle allows you to cook several foods simultaneously, which is ideal for saving time.
  • Ease of cleaning: The inclined cooking surface and the liquid discharge hole allow for easy and practical cleaning. No more hours spent scrubbing to remove cooking residues!
  • Used oil reservoir: This griddle is equipped with a used oil reservoir, which allows for easy collection and disposal of fats.
  • Temperature control: Thanks to its thermostat, you can easily adjust the cooking temperature according to your preferences.
  • Maximum insulation: The appliance is designed with maximum insulation to prevent heat loss and ensure uniform and efficient cooking of your food.

Made of chrome and equipped with a gas valve with a safety valve, this gas griddle can operate on both LPG and natural gas. It is also equipped with a stainless steel grease collection drawer placed inside the cabinet, an inclined cooking surface for easy and practical cleaning with a liquid discharge hole, a homogeneous cooking surface, a used oil reservoir, thermostat temperature control, and a piezoelectric ignition burner. The appliance's insulation prevents heat loss to the maximum.

Finally, this griddle is the ideal equipment to create a complete 700 mm deep cooking line to place.
