Ideal for bakeries and pastry shops, this Professional Evo Forced Air Oven with Touch Screen has 10 levels that can hold 600 x 400 type trays. It features three cooking modes: convection, steam, and combination. Particularly efficient, it has an adjustable temperature range from 30°C to 250°C.

Furthermore, this professional oven is equipped with three reversing motors, a double-glazed door, and an LED light. Intuitive and easy to use, it has a Touch Screen LCD control panel. Moreover, it allows you to save up to 99 programs with 6 phases each. Its steam function is automatic.

Finally, this appliance has a timer cooking system and 4 automatic cleaning programs. For added convenience, it has a USB port and can be connected to wifi.
