	Standard GN 2/3 format: with its dimensions of 355 x 325 mm, this container fits directly into your combi ovens, refrigerated cabinets, bain-maries, and distribution showcases at the gastronorm standard. It combines easily with your other GN containers to optimize each space.
Large capacity of 13 L: its depth of 150 mm gives it a capacity of 13 L, ideal for volume preparations: sauces, garnishes, marinades, or storing ingredients in quantity for service.
	Robust and hygienic stainless steel: made of AISI 201 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm, it withstands daily shocks and corrosion. Its rounded interior corners facilitate complete scraping of preparations and limit retention areas.
