Double Induction Cooking Plate - 7000 W

This Double Induction Cooking Plate is ideal for catering professionals. It has two cooking zones with a power of 3500 W each. Made of stainless steel, it is equipped with a boost function. Additionally, it has electronic overheat protection. It is perfectly suitable for pots and pans with a bottom diameter between 140 and 280 mm.

The front plate has a maximum power of 5000 W. When the front plate operates at 5000 W, the rear plate can only produce 2000 W. If the front plate does not exceed 3500 W, the rear plate also has a maximum power of 3500 W. With dimensions L 405 x P 698 x H 145 mm, it has adjustable metal feet and a removable air filter. Finally, the power is manually adjusted via two knobs.

Not equipped with an electrical plug, an electrician is required for installation.
