Induction Hob - 2500 W

This Induction Hob is ideal for catering professionals. Efficient, it has a power of 2500 W. Its structure is made of stainless steel and its plate is made of glass. Furthermore, this professional induction hob is compatible with pots and pans made of steel, cast iron, enameled iron, or stainless steel. The latter must measure between 12 and 26 cm in diameter maximum.

Efficient, it has several modes: hot pot, water, soup, steam, or frying.

  • Hot Pot: 8 power levels in total (200 W, 600 W, 1000 W, 1300 W, 1600 W, 1900 W, 2200 W, and 2500 W).
  • Frying: 8 temperature levels (80°C, 100°C, 130°C, 160°C, 180°C, 200°C, 220°C, and 240°C).

Protected against high and low voltages, it is equipped with an LED digital display and a pot detector. Its crystal plate measures 320 x 390 mm.
