It features a sturdy metal handle and even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pan. It is oven-safe and has a hole in the handle for easy hanging and storage. Its diameter is 250 mm.

Note: new pans should be used after undergoing an initial "seasoning" treatment to ensure optimal cooking and extend the lifespan of your equipment. Remember to thoroughly dry and grease after each use.
